These sedum roofs are both green, both beautiful and provide a wealth of environmental benefits.
The energy efficient green plants on the roof take up and bind both CO2 and other air pollutants. They also delay water runoff, reducing the risk of flooding during heavy rains. Sedum moreover, apart from the aesthetic value, is virtually maintenance free. In April next year, we provide our first roofs with sedum covering, on two weather shelters Favorit in Linköping, Sweden.
